This application provides a platform for making timestamped notes, allowing users to maintain a private diary, keep simple business records, track diets and food intake, create comprehensive lifetime logs, manage cash flow, jot down TV shows or radio song titles, and much more.

<li>Backup and restore function available with a required WiFi connection.</li>
<li>Passcode lock for security purposes with the option to change it easily.</li>
<li>Picture support that can be enabled in the settings page.</li>
<li>Various options for exporting pictures such as email with original size or smaller size for mobile devices or adding them to the photo library.</li>
<li>Customizable background colors and button positions for both right-handed and left-handed users.</li>
<li>Functionality to add photos to previous notes.</li>
<li>Date display options for exporting notes with different modes suitable for personal use or bloggers.</li>
<li>Time Machine function enabling quick navigation to specific dates through the Calendar page.</li>
<li>Favorite icon feature available for marking important entries.</li>
<li>Couple Diary feature for syncing diaries across multiple devices or sharing them with friends.</li>
<li>Cloud Storage functionality without any additional charges.</li>

<li>This is a monthly subscription service priced at Tier 2 (1.99 USD, 1.49 GBP, 2.79 CAD, 2.49 AUD, 2.99 NZD).</li>
<li>Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.</li>
<li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the current period ends.</li>
<li>The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, identifying the renewal cost.</li>
<li>Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through Account Settings post-purchase.</li>
<li>No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.</li>
